The New York Giants are a team in flux — struggling for identity, consistency, and quarterback stability. Still, even amid offensive chaos, a few bright spots have emerged for dynasty managers. Between the arrival of a top rookie wide receiver and a promising young tight end, there’s reason for cautious optimism. While the offense may not take off in 2025, the building blocks for future success are taking shape.

Malik Nabers: The New Alpha
The Giants selected LSU standout Malik Nabers with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, and he immediately became the most talented receiver on the roster. Nabers brings elite athleticism, explosive separation, and yards-after-catch ability — all things the Giants sorely lacked in recent years.
2025-2026 Fantasy Outlook: After an impressive rookie campaign in 2024, where Malik Nabers posted 109 receptions for 1,205 yards and 7 touchdowns, he heads into his second NFL season with clear WR1 upside. The quarterback situation in New York has significantly improved with the arrival of veteran Russell Wilson, whose deep-ball accuracy and experience should provide more stability to the passing game than the Daniel Jones–Drew Lock combo from last year. Nabers is expected to command a hefty target share once again, and with a more competent QB under center, has the potential to build on his breakout rookie year and finish as a top-15 fantasy wide receiver in 2025.
Dynasty Value: Nabers is a top-5 WR startup pick and should be viewed as a long-term WR1 in dynasty formats. He has the tools to be a star, even if his early production is capped by the surrounding offense. A cornerstone asset with elite long-term upside.
Theo Johnson: The Athletic Upside Play
After entering the league as a developmental tight end prospect, Theo Johnson quietly carved out a more prominent role in the Giants’ offense in 2024. While his production didn’t jump off the page, he flashed enough to earn consideration as a deep-league stash with upside.
2024–2025 Fantasy Production:
Johnson caught 29 passes for 331 yards and 1 TD in his rookie season, working primarily as a red zone target and rotational pass-catcher. His athleticism showed in spurts, but overall usage was capped by the Giants’ inconsistent quarterback play and offensive line struggles. He also ended up playing only 12 games due to injury.
Dynasty Value:
At just 24 years old with elite measurables (6'6", 264 lbs), Johnson remains a high-upside stash at the tight end position. He may not be a consistent weekly starter yet, but if the Giants’ passing attack takes a step forward under Russell Wilson/Jameis Winston/Jaxon Dart, Johnson could emerge as a sneaky TE2/streaming option with touchdown upside. Keep him rostered in TE-premium formats or deeper dynasty leagues.
Tyrone Tracy: The Versatile Depth Option
Converted from wide receiver to running back during his college career, Tyrone Tracy entered the NFL as an intriguing hybrid prospect. In 2024, he flashed versatility in limited opportunities, offering a glimpse of what he could become with more consistent touches in New York’s backfield.
2025 Fantasy Outlook:
Tracy logged 192 carries for 839 yards and added 38 receptions for 284 yards and 6 total touchdowns. He served primarily as a change-of-pace back earlier on, then took over the backfield for New York roughly halfway through the 2024 season and never looked back. Heading into 2025, he currently projects as the starter on the team's depth chart, with only 2025 rookie Cam Skattebo behind him. While Skattebo could overtake Tracy as the team's starting option, Tracy's pass-catching chops should continue to ensure him playing time, especially in the receiving game.
Dynasty Value:
At 25 years old, Tracy is a good stash with intriguing PPR appeal. While currently the lead back for the Giants, his receiving chops and burst make him a good RB2, especially in PPR formats. He's a smart hold and possible buy (depending on price) in dynasty formats, even if he does lose his starting job to Skattebo.
The Giants' dynasty outlook still hinges on improved quarterback play, but the supporting cast is looking good. Malik Nabers is the centerpiece, while tight end Theo Johnson and versatile back Tyrone Tracy offer sneaky complementary value. It may not be pretty just yet, but this offense is trending toward greater fantasy relevance, especially with rookies Cam Skattebo and Jaxon Dart waiting in the wings.
