The Las Vegas Raiders are a team in transition under new leadership in the front office. While they lack a true franchise quarterback at the moment (despite the addition of veteran signal caller Geno Smith), the offense still has valuable dynasty pieces — both proven veterans and emerging young talent. For dynasty managers, the Raiders are a mix of immediate contributors and intriguing long-term stashes.

Ashton Jeanty: The Rookie Stud
After moving on from Josh Jacobs and having a bad RB in Zamir White in 2024, the Raiders made a bold statement by selecting Ashton Jeanty with the 6th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Known for his explosive playstyle and three-down versatility at Boise State, Jeanty projects as the focal point of Las Vegas' backfield for years to come.
2025 Fantasy Outlook: Jeanty hasn't played an NFL snap yet, but his draft capital and skill set suggest the Raiders plan to feature him immediately. With little proven competition for touches, he’s expected to handle early-down, red-zone, and pass-catching duties right out of the gate.
Dynasty Value: At just 22 years old, Jeanty is already viewed as a high-end RB1 in dynasty leagues. His combination of youth, talent, and opportunity makes him one of the most intriguing rookie running backs in the 2025 class. He’s a priority target in both startup and rookie drafts.
Brock Bowers: The Star TE
The Raiders raised eyebrows by selecting Georgia tight end Brock Bowers in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, but the pick paid off instantly. Bowers didn’t just meet expectations — he shattered them, establishing himself as the focal point of the Raiders’ passing attack.
2024–2025 Fantasy Production: Bowers delivered a historic rookie campaign, racking up 112 receptions for 1,194 yards — the most receiving yards ever by a rookie tight end — and 5 touchdowns. His rare combination of speed, route-running, and yards-after-catch ability made him the Raiders’ most consistent weapon all season.
Dynasty Value: With Geno Smith now under center in Las Vegas, Bowers enters 2025 as the clear-cut TE1 in dynasty formats. At just 22 years old, he’s already a foundational fantasy asset and one of the few tight ends capable of providing WR-level production. Whether you're rebuilding or contending, Bowers is a player you build around. The only caveat is that new head coach Pete Caroll does not have a good reputation with TEs in his offenses, but Bowers is so good that even if he regresses some in his sophomore year should easily remain a top-5 option at the position.
Geno Smith: Veteran Stopgap with Solid Upside
After a rocky 2024 campaign in Seattle, Geno Smith was traded to the Raiders in the offseason and is expected to open the 2025 season as the starting quarterback. With Brock Bowers leading a new-look receiving corps, Smith brings experience and stability to a Raiders offense in transition.
2024 Fantasy Production: Smith threw for 4,320 yards, 21 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions while adding 272 rushing yards and 2 rushing scores. While his play was inconsistent at times, he still showed the ability to push the ball downfield and operate efficiently when protected.
Dynasty Value: Now 34 years old, Smith is a short-term option for QB-needy dynasty teams or Superflex formats. With Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers as his top weapons, Smith could offer back-end QB2 value in 2025. He’s a hold-or-stream type player with no guaranteed future beyond this season, but his weapons give him a solid chance to produce if the offensive line holds up.
The Raiders feature a compelling mix of young talent and veteran leadership. Brock Bowers is the clear centerpiece for dynasty managers, with Ashton Jeanty a close 2nd. Geno Smith provides short-term stability under center, giving this offense a chance to compete while the young core develops.
